The 37 year old self-proclaimed ‘Lord’ and the 19 year old model were seen mansion hunting in Holmby Hills earlier this month.
But it turns out that them visiting those estates was nothing but work!
One source told HollywoodLide that ‘Scott invited Amelia to check out a few real estate investment properties with him. This was not a date or even a romantic outing, but they are obviously still hanging out and talking. Amelia’s shown interest and seemed eager to learn about investing and Scott explained why it is such a smart way to add another stream of income to your portfolio.’
They went on to share that: ‘When she found out that he was going to look at a few locations in Westwood, Scott asked if she wanted to tag along, and she looked thrilled to join him.’
So here you have it, folks! This new couple is not yet ready to move in together – if ever – and checking out all those great places was strictly business for them!
The man is not planning to move either! The insider stressed that ‘Scott loves his Calabasas home because it is perfect for his everyday needs. Plus, it is close to [Kourtney] and the kids. But, he is not completely closed off to the idea of relocating if something really stood out.’
As for his romance with Amelia, the two were first linked when they were seen together at a Halloween party earlier this year.
